Manifesting radical benign shifts in your psycho-energetic and
physical state at will is at the heart of Taoist practice. We call it
using 'wu wei' - loosely translated as waving your magic wand to
transform the apparently un-transformable.
The ingredients required are belief you can do it, feeling entitled to
the result (this has nothing to do with deserving it), being able to
visualize clearly, being able to summon up chi (life-force) to support
the vision, feeling good about where you are now (magic only works
when you're don't mind whether it works or not because you've already
made peace with where you are), the ability to override the internal
negative voice, and above all, knowing the state you want to manifest.
Once you get the knack it's a piece of cake to use it to slim down,
tone up and get sexy, slender and lithe, and/or for any other
transformations you wish to effect in your life.
In this session, Barefoot will show you how to do it all and will take
you through the magical process with sufficient puissance to wring the
changes you want without even having to put the techniques into
practice subsequently.
